Yes. The Stargate middleware connects the Titan dispensers and return units to any third-party laundry management software or to the included Trak management platform. Stargate syncs user databases, garment credits, and inventory across all machines in real time.
We offer two options: a cloud-based setup using LTE routers (no connection to your hospital network required) or a local server option. In both cases, ZCS ships machines pre-configured with IP addresses to minimize IT coordination and installation time.
